He focuses on translating manufacturer documentation into step-by-step instructions that hold up under actual use, and he’s responsible for the editorial voice that runs across the site — symptom-led, plain-language, and free of jargon where jargon doesn’t earn its place.

When the team has hands-on access to a printer, he’s the one running the procedures we describe and noting where the manufacturer’s documentation diverges from real-world behavior. When we don’t have hands-on access, Jacob verifies our claims against current manufacturer support documentation.
Mark builds the sourcing trail behind PrintSmart.pro’s articles. He compiles the manufacturer documentation cited in each piece, tracks down model-specific procedures when an article needs them, and is responsible for the “Sources” section at the foot of each guide. Mark also handles corrections that come in from readers and verifies them against current documentation before we update an article.
